Background

Grows wild throughout Italy and Europe. It is part of brassicaceas, such as cauliflower, broccolo and radish.

Function

It is rich in phytonutrients and is able to perform antioxidant activity. It is also rich in vitamins (A, B, C, E), proteins, carbohydrates and minerals (calcium, iron, phophorus, magnesium, miacin, copper, zinc and sulfur). It also contains flavonoids and phytosterols with anti-radical/anti-aging action.
